Connect Claude Code to Scantelio

Configure HTTP MCP in Claude Code, complete browser authorization and prepare a scoped Scantelio security check.

Scantelio editorial team · Updated

1. Prepare access

You need a Scantelio account, project permissions and a client supporting remote HTTP MCP and authentication. Verify domain ownership and consent before scanning. Prepare staging and test data for active scenarios.

2. Add the server

Run the commands in a terminal with the client installed. If the command is missing, install the corresponding CLI first.

claude mcp add --transport http scantelio https://scantelio.com/api/v1/mcp
# Open /mcp to authenticate

In the browser, select a project and inspect the return address and permissions. Do not insert application keys or test-account credentials into this configuration.

3. Prepare a check

Check the Scantelio connection and project requirements. Propose secret-free configuration, distinguish facts from assumptions, and do not start scanning without my confirmation.

Review proposed targets, test roles, object owners and allowed operations in the dashboard. Approving configuration and starting a scan are separate actions. Plan limits still apply.

4. Verify the connection

An authorized connection does not yet prove a successful request. Open AI assistants in the dashboard and check the last-request time. If authentication fails, check the client version, administrator integration settings and project access. You can revoke access in the same screen.

These instructions match the product configuration. Real compatibility of specific editor versions requires separate acceptance testing; successful testing of every client is not claimed.
